Please be aware that I currently work another part-time job and attend classes full-time Monday thru Thursday. Also, I work by appointment only. I do not take walk-ins or same-day appointments. I stay booked 4 days or more in advance. I encourage my clients to make their appointments as soon as they can (at least a week out) to ensure availability.

Please try to arrive at least 10 minutes early for your appointment. If you are a first timer, you will need to fill out new client paperwork. Traffic is horrible in Atlanta - I hate it too! If your appointment is at 5pm and you are 30 minutes away, you know it will take you at least 45 minutes to arrive on time. If its raining, add another 15 minutes. If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened so as not to inconvenience the client scheduled immediately after you. You will still be responsible for the full service price. I work hard to always be on time, so please return the favor! :]
It is considered polite and proper etiquette to let your technician know if you are not going to make it for your appointment. Please provide at least 24 hours notice of appointment cancellation so that I may offer that time slot to another client. Repeat no-shows or last minute cancellations may result in the inability to book an appointment.
First off, I love kids! BUT: Please understand that children are never allowed to accompany you to my studio. This is for everyone's safety. Same goes for friends, relatives, etc. Please arrive to your appointments alone.
